GUEST ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION

Registration opens at the clubhouse, outside near the BBQ area. Players will check in and collect their scorecards.

CLUBHOUSE BRIEFING

Jonny will give a short welcome speech, followed by Kirsty from Win The Day, who will also speak briefly. Jake from the Golf Club will then explain the rules, deliver a safety briefing, and direct everyone to their assigned tees.

SHOTGUN START

The tournament begins with a shotgun start.

ROUNDS COMPLETION

Players will begin to finish their rounds and return to the clubhouse.

LUNCH SERVED IN THE CLUBHOUSE

Lunch will be served.

AFTERNOON PROGRAM

The afternoon program, led by Kirsty, will include a live auction, a video featuring one family's story, a talk from a family member, and short presentations about the event and Win The Day.
